Do you offer free trial?
Yes, we do provide 7-day free trial for our platform.
Which markets do you cover?
We currently support global fundamental data and filings search for the US, Canada and UK.
Do you offer Enterprise Pricing?
Yes, we support both retail and enterprise clients. For enterprise clients, we will need to sign commercial agreements and can customize billing based on your needs.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription in the My Account tab if you are a retail client. If you are an Enterprise/Corporate client, please reach out to your account manager to cancel your subscription at the end of the contract.
Is credit card required for the trial?
A credit card is not required for the 1st day of your trial. However, if you wish to continue the trial period, a credit card will be required.
Do you offer refunds?
Unfortunately no. We do not offer refunds at the moment unless it was a billing error on our end. You will need to cancel the subscription on time to avoid any charges.
